Editing Packages

Please contact me for a custom quote for your manuscript. Each manuscript is unique, and I tailor my costs to the author’s budget, book genre, and manuscript condition. Be prepared to send me the full manuscript for a quote. I read the beginning, skim parts in the middle, and read the ending as I determine the scope of work for the manuscript.

All editing rates are industry standard based on the Editorial Freelancer’s Association rate chart and the 2024 Writer’s Digest Freelancer’s rate chart. All editing conforms to the Chicago Manual of Style, 18th edition, and any industry-specific style guides necessary.

If you aren’t ready for a full edit, I offer a variety of critiques (also known as assessments or evaluations) that might fit your needs:
